The electrical installation (which is not part of Garry’s crew) was a nightmare because the city would not approve the installation. “Our air conditioner died late on a Friday evening during a hot spell. Monday morning the company we have used in the past for furnace/AC indicated the earliest they could come and determine the problem was Thursday afternoon; this was not soon enough for us. I have a home office on the second floor that has significant sun exposure and large windows. I called Garry’s, and they we available the next day around noon. Rick was able to come a bit earlier than the scheduled appointment and quickly determined our 20+ year old Carrier was unsalvageable. At first, they indicated the earliest they could install a new unit was the following Monday; after a bit of pleading (my office was unbearable) they made arrangements and quickly booked us in for the next day. They arrived earlier than booked that day and everything went smoothly. We are very pleased with the work performed and in particular the timeliness – Garry’s will be our furnace/AC service provider moving forward.”
